Enterprise questions.
Why choose a pilot instead of an annual agreement?
Choose a pilot when you want a guided assessment with defined findings and review sessions before establishing an ongoing workflow. Choose an annual agreement when your team is ready to operate the platform repeatedly. A pilot is optional.
Does unlimited usage cover other organizations?
The agreement covers the contracting organization and its agreed named users. Use for affiliates, external clients or reselling access must be explicitly included in the agreement.
What does our dedicated customer success advisor do?
You receive an assigned point of contact to guide onboarding, support adoption, coordinate agreed support and conduct scheduled success reviews. Advisor cadence and hours are scoped in your agreement. Dedicated does not mean an exclusive full-time resource or unlimited consulting.
Are user count and support terms fixed on this page?
No. Named-user count, workspace access, standard support terms and supported operating limits are specified in the agreement. This page does not promise a response-time SLA or a particular retention period.
What should we understand about the model?
Market Model allocates available selected counts across supplied eligible locations using centroid distances and distance-based shares. It describes modeled potential, not actual customer behavior or revenue. Density allowances are provisional, tract-derived values are approximate, and Census margins of error are not propagated. Coverage exclusions are reported with results.
How do demographic-group limits relate to scenario limits?
A group is a supported Census table. A scenario includes a demographic group alongside the inventory, geography and allocation settings. Each agreed scenario is evaluated across the selected demographic groups. The package caps are 6, 32 and 90 table-specific configurations respectively. We agree the exact run matrix before signing.
A defined pilot. An ongoing capability.
