Location Analysis · project access

Understand the people
within reach of an address.

Use this workspace when you have a candidate in mind and want to explore its surrounding demographic potential before a lease, purchase or relocation.

Each site is evaluated independently. Qualifying block groups contribute their full selected counts, giving you a consistent basis for examining a shortlist.

Choose the catchment assumptions
Use a fixed allowance or the provisional density-based allowance. Geography is prepared automatically, including relevant areas across state borders.
Read the result in context
Inspect counts, shares, mapped areas, data sources and exclusions. Independent site catchments may overlap.
Single site · $149
30-day Location Analysis access for one candidate, up to three agreed Census groups, saved maps and downloadable results. Self-service analysis.
Shortlist · $299
30-day access for up to four candidates using up to three agreed Census groups, plus one 30-minute guided comparison review. Includes one consolidated clarification round; broader research is separately scoped.

Audience Fit · recurring or guided

Compare where your
audience's traits concentrate.

Define the demographic characteristics that matter to your business, then evaluate the surroundings of candidate locations using the same profile.

AI helps propose Census criteria and working definitions for your review. You control the accepted categories, targets and weights used in the area score.

Recurring self-service access · $249/month
Includes Location Analysis, up to 20 completed candidate evaluations per month across both workspaces, and audience profiles with up to five criteria. Failed runs and viewing saved results do not consume an evaluation.
Guided focused assessment · $1,500
One business question, one audience profile with up to five criteria, up to four candidate sites, written comparison findings and one review session. Includes project access and one consolidated revision.
Guided expanded assessment · $3,500
One question, up to two profiles with five criteria each, up to ten candidate sites, written findings and two review sessions. Includes project access and one consolidated revision. Workspace comparisons display two to four compatible evaluations at a time.
A consistent comparison
Compare evaluations using the same ACS year, criteria, targets and weights. Fit measures areas; it does not count people sharing every selected trait.

Before you choose.

Can an organization use more than one workspace?

Yes. An enterprise agreement centers on Market Model. Access to Location Analysis and Audience Fit can be included in the agreed workspace scope for teams that also evaluate expansion sites.

What does unlimited enterprise usage mean?

Unlimited supported analyses for the contracting organization, through its agreed named users. There is no per-analysis charge for supported runs. Technical limits and queue capacity apply; custom development, integrations and ongoing consulting are separately scoped.

What do the estimates tell me?

Sitevantis describes demographic and geographic potential. It does not forecast customers, visits, sales or revenue. Distances are straight-line centroid distances rather than road travel times. Census uncertainty, tract-derived approximations and coverage exclusions should be reviewed with each result.

What does a dedicated customer success advisor provide?

Your enterprise advisor is your named point of contact for onboarding, adoption and scheduled success reviews. The advisor coordinates agreed support and helps your team use the platform effectively. Dedicated means assigned to your account; it does not imply an exclusive full-time employee or unlimited consulting. Cadence and advisory scope are specified in the agreement.

Why use guided consulting?

Guided engagements add help defining the business question, choosing demographic criteria, reviewing assumptions and interpreting the outputs. The quote identifies the deliverables, review sessions and revision allowance. They do not promise a revenue forecast or a particular business outcome.

Can I purchase directly on this page?

Online checkout is not available yet. Prices and scopes are presented here for evaluation; access is arranged directly with Sitevantis. Existing authorized users can sign in to their workspace. For an enterprise assessment, use the scope planner to prepare a brief for your discussion.
